Το galaniss.gr αντιτίθεται στην συγκέντρωση προσωπικών δεδομένων ανηλίκων προσώπων και η πολιτική της είναι να μη συλλέγει ούτε να επεξεργάζεται δεδομένα των προσώπων αυτών.

7. Ασφάλεια

Το galaniss.gr αναγνωρίζει την σημασία του θέματος της ασφάλειας των προσωπικών δεδομένων των χρηστών/επισκεπτών του παρόντος δικτυακού τόπου και καταβάλλει κάθε εύλογη προσπάθεια, με τις πιο σύγχρονες και προηγμένες μεθόδους, ώστε να εξασφαλίσει την ασφάλειά τους. 10. Εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο

Οι παραπάνω Όροι υπόκεινται στο ελληνικό δίκαιο και ερμηνεύονται σύμφωνα με αυτό. Εάν κάποια διάταξη κριθεί άκυρη ή ακυρώσιμη από το αρμόδιο ελληνικό δικαστήριο, παύει να ισχύει, χωρίς αυτό να επηρεάζει την ισχύ των υπολοίπων Όρων. Κάθε διαφορά που ανακύπτει από την χρήση του παρόντος δικτυακού τόπου ή που αφορά τους παρόντες Όρους υπόκειται στην αρμοδιότητα των καθ’ ύλη αρμόδιων δικαστηρίων της Αθήνας.
