If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a product exchange within 7 days from the day of receipt by Courier.
Returns Conditions:
No more than 7 days must have passed since the day of receipt of the product.
No tags have been removed from the product, no cologne or body cream has been worn / soiled / smelled / washed.
If the products are not returned intact (tags have been removed, worn or used) galaniss.gr has the right to refuse to accept the exchange of the product(s).

Change to Number / Other Product:
Call us at +30 27210 26480 weekdays 10:00 to 14:00 to let us know if the number or code you require is available. You then send us the product as you received it via our partner courier company (ACS) at your own cost and we will re-send you the new product at no extra cost.
Refund:
If you would like a refund, you must send us your parcel within 7 working days of receipt. If the return is not made within 7 working days from the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, galaniss.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with a refund.
Inside your parcel and in order for your return to be accepted, the proof of purchase must be included. You must send us an IBAN number along with the Bank and Beneficiary Name. The deposit to your account will be completed within 10 working days. The refund will always be made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus the euros relating to the return shipping costs if the products are returned by the courier company we work with, with a recipient charge. The bank commission is charged to the customer. No refunds will be made on EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS.
